Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty
For residential properties, we offer a Limited lifetime warranty covering up to 5,000 square feet of flooring to the original consumer purchaser. This includes:

• Peeling or Delamination Protection: The coating is warranted to remain adhered to the concrete for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the installation occurred.
• Stain Resistance: Incidental spills of oil, gasoline, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, and diesel are covered, provided spills are cleaned within 20 minutes. This stain resistance lasts for 10 years from the installation date.

Commercial and Industrial Warranty For commercial, industrial, or business-use buildings, our warranty covers up to 5,000 square feet to the original purchaser/consumer for three years from the date of completion:

• Peeling or Delamination: Guaranteed adhesion to the concrete during the warranty period.
• Stain Resistance: Covers spills of oil, gasoline, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, and diesel, as long as they are cleaned promptly (within 20 minutes).

Exterior Surface Warranty
For exterior surfaces, our warranty covers up to 5,000 square feet to the original purchaser/consumer for three years from the date of completion:

• Peeling or Delamination: Coverage includes failure of the coating to adhere properly to the substrate.
• Stain Resistance: Includes spills of oil, gasoline, and other fluids cleaned within the recommended timeframe.

Warranty Exclusions The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or aging of the coating.
• Damage caused by improper repairs or maintenance by someone other than Florida Paver Sealing.
• Substrate issues, including cracking, hydrostatic pressure, or excessive moisture.
• Extreme environmental conditions, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
• Industrial fluids such as battery acid and brake fluid.
• Accidents, natural disasters, or other external events beyond our control.
• Extreme temperatures not limited to grills, fire places and floor coverings that can reach extreme temperatures in the sun for example black rubber mats and rugs.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Repair and Replacement Policy For residential, commercial, and exterior applications, Florida Paver Sealing will provide free labor for repairs or replacements within one year of installation. After this period, the warranty covers material costs only.
Your Exclusive Remedy
Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Florida Paver Sealing’s sole obligation is the repair or replacement of defective flooring materials. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original installation, and we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
