Florida Paver Sealing, "using Ure-Seal H2O" at no charge will repair all Residential application defects due to workmanship or materials. However, the client/customer understands they will be responsible for the material costs on the warranty work. We will provide the labor and any travel charge will be waved
Note: Warranty is void if the surface was previously sealed.
Warranty does not cover damages of customer neglect, carelessness, surface abuse, previous coating failures, or paver base/substrate failure. Additionally, all natural stone, flagstone, slate, is not covered by this warranty.
Natural Erosion-We do not imply any length of time the joint sand will remain. There are many contributing factures when dealing with paver sand erosion. Examples include, but are not limited to traffic, sun , weather, design, direct surface drainage, leaky plumbing, sprinklers, roof drainage and more. Florida Paver Sealing is not responsible for any joint sand erosion based on any of these types of unique conditions.
Efflorescence-According to the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute efflorescence is a whitish powder-like deposit which can appear on the concrete products. Calcium Hydroxide is formed in making the concrete, which is water soluble leeching to the surface reacting with CO2 creating calcium carbonate. Although structurally harmless, it is unsightly and usually over time diminishes in normal conditions. Florida Paver Sealing uses the most modern chemicals to remove efflorescence and in most cases all stains are removed, however Florida Paver Sealing does not imply or warranty efflorescence will remain or even be gone before or after sealing. In many cases sealing slows or stops efflorescence surface collection but it cannot be guaranteed.
Hazing or cloudiness-Some bricks or surfaces may be in heavy moisture laden areas causing bricks to retain moisture and cause cloudiness. Fixing these areas to allow for proper drainage is the only way to fix it and is not the responsibility of Florida Paver Sealing.
Stains-The customer understands that sealing is dependent on the quality of the surface being sealed. Stains can have an effect. We use the best chemicals and cleaners to provide the cleanest surface possible but sometimes stains are so bad removal is impossible without permanently damaging the surface. Replacing the bricks are sometimes the only remedy. It is not expressed or implied that Florida Paver Sealing will be able to remove all stains.
Weeds, mold and insects-As part of our process we do utilize a weed and mold inhibitor, but in no way does Florida Paver Sealing guarantee that they will not return. Insect intrusion or damage is not guaranteed.
Brick quality-Sometimes the difference between the bricks will cause a difference in shine. Causes like brick textures and porosity contribute to this. Because shine is so dependent from brick to brick, Florida Paver Sealing does not guarantee how shiny the bricks will be or if they will shine at all.
Tires and marks-Florida Paver Sealing cannot guarantee your pavers will not get markings from tires, lawnmowers or anything similar.
Plant life-Florida Paver Sealing takes many steps to prevent plant damage. Most cases this is a nonissue but sometimes damage can occur. When this happens, Florida Paver Sealing will replace the plant if necessary. However, Florida Paver Sealing does not take fault for plant damage from our services.
Lanais and pool enclosures-When cleaning, our chemicals designed to kill off mold, mildew and plant life(more often than not)will reveal erosion and damage from the plant, fungal and mold life that was there unexposed. In some instances where plant life was heavy, screen degradation and rubber seam damage may be there. Florida Paver Sealing takes no responsibility for this damage. However, we often do repair or replace sections damaged by us at Florida Paver Sealings discretion. In addition, the oxidation normally seen on the framing will also not be removed.
Florida Paver Sealing reserves all rights to repair, reservice, refund invoice amounts and the right to correct any issues related to our customers.
